Upon reservation, a rental contract is signed. The tenant is required to pay a $500 damage deposit, as well as 50% of rental costs. Final payment is due 45 days prior to date of arrival. Cleaning is included. The deposit is returned within 15 days of rental unless damage (which includes the state of cleanliness) is done to the chalet. Deposit may be used for damage or extra cleaning required. You enjoy a clean, well maintained chalet, with a clean hot tub. We ask that you respect your surroundings. The person booking the chalet, and therefore accepting responsibility for all guests must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying in the chalet for the duration of tenancy.

ALPINE CHALET is independent from the mountain resort and is responsible for accommodation only.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING on premises and NO PETS under any circumstances. MAXIMUM PERSONS are stated in the contract. Immediate forfeiture of deposit if these policies are not adhered to.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of 45 days or more: Deposit refund, less $50 administration fee Notice of 44 days or less: 100% is non-refundable unless we can rebook your complete stay; less $50 administration fee.
